I placed an order on Jan 15 and my card was charged that day. I received an email confirmation that my order would be shipped in a few days.

Two weeks later I received an email saying they had received a shipment and were backlogged, please be patient. A month later I sent an email requesting an update and got no response. I called and was told it would be another week or so. When I asked why they charged my card for products they didn't even have in stock I was told that it wa a pre-order.

Nowhere on the website during the purchasing process or on the email confirmation did they disclose that I was "pre-ordering". I was led to believe they had the items in stock and would ship within a week.

I requested a refund and will dispute the charge on my credit card. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
