Bought an outdoor sauna from them. As things were getting unpacked we realized many things were received broken.

The computer for the sauna had issues and wouldnt heat up properly. Outside panels came scratched up. The screws that go into the latches that literally hold the sauna together had been stripped by the manufacturer and were too short anyway. The shingled roof didnt have a protective layer underneath and some shingles were loose.

The first rain we got the sauna got all wet on the inside. The door did not have protective weather stripping nor were the windows and glass inserts properly sealed with silicone. This was within a week or so of having the item assembled. We contacted Richard at SpiritualQuest who has sold us the sauna and he said he didnt have a ruby to do with these issues!

And we were told we would have to download WhatsApp and talk to the manufacturer in china!!! Many conversations later, they sent us a few pieces but other we had to purchase ourselves! Some of the issues were not adressed ant anll annd all the person in China said was well be more careful next time or something to that effect. and my

My husband along with a handyman we had to hire re-did the roof, sealed doors and windows etc.

SpiritualQuest did not compensate us for the $700 we had to spend on the handyman and materials to fix the damaged sauna and they sent and the people in China did a crap job, then and SpiritualQuest got paid and we had to spend extra money to fix what they shouldve done during the manufacturing process. I do not recommend this company.

I purchased a float tank from this company which took a while they made it in order. The picture on the website looked quite good but they did not show what the spa pack looked like.

When I finally got the tub it took another week to get the spa control pack.

After I got it thats when I started having lots of issues.

They did not provide any instructions for the tub or the spa pack which is expected from a professional product.

I had to call them to try to get details and even then they did not really know. I had to look up the devices online to figure things out. They did not provide any pipe connections from the tub to the spa which I was never told. They the spa pack was a makeshift product of a pool pump, filter, and ozone filter.

These devices where just bolted down to a plastic pad and connected together via pvc piping, very cheaply and the pump and filter was not aligned properly with the connecting pvc pipe at an angle which was back.

I have ice barrel from another float tank company,Dream-pod, and there spa unit is amazing(self contained in a sealed metal box with all piping welding and very professional.

The quality really showed when the tank was finally hooked up the spa unit was leaking right away and after fixing it it seemed fine but then stared leaking again about a couple weeks, again due to the pump and filter not aligned correctly.

When I complained they told it is fine and a plumber is needed to fix it.

After a plumber it still started leaking on me.

Then the tub door design is not aligned well and the condensation build up leaks out and leaves a puddle on the ground every morning.

If I had know that it was going to be a cheaply made tub would have gone with a dream-pod instead.

The company did not even know how much salt should go into it and I had to buy measuring devices to figure it out myself.

It feels like this company has no knowledge of building floating and decided one day to just piece together a bit of random parts and build a tub in China. I was not even able to return it since the tub is final and considered custom made.

If no stars were a thing, that would be my choice. I have never left a bad review in my 45 years of life.

When people tell you that they are spoken to rudely, that is putting it politely. Believe every single word of it! The good reviews are only because they did not have an issue/question. I not only have a recorded call of such interaction, I have email responses as well.

If you react to the hostility, they will turn it around as if you are the problem. I am reaching out to ALL platforms to advise to NOT do business with this company, and if you do pray to the God's you don't have a simple question like "where is my product", or else you will feel the wrath. Ordered my salt cabin 7/19/22. Got a call that day or the next from the sales manager who said, "We are short-handed but lucky for you we have 5 units sitting in the warehouse right now so we can ship it out and have it to you in 2 weeks".

I called week 4, sales manager Richard answered, I asked where the product was and advised that my tracking number shows delivered and it was not, and was SCREAMED at that he didn't have my file, was trying to relax on the way to work, I was calling before business hours, blah blah blah. When I tried to interject and ask him to calm down I was then asked even LOUDER why I was yelling at him (was in fact quite the opposite)...I hung up. This *** proceeded to text me, to continue, after I ended his aggressive phone call, by stating "you're literally unbelievable. I'm driving to work and you expect me to know what's going on with your order".

No, jerk, I expected you to handle it with a little more decorum but that would take some class on your end which they have none of. I did not respond to him in kind at this point, and will not be responding in kind going forward. 2 months later I have no cabin, am out $6800 and these jerks have now tried to place me into some bogus collection agency.

For what I have no idea, but the real suit will happen when my attorney files for my loss of business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
